1. ORDER
On the Computer: Go to TipTopCountryStore.com and shop online. If you have dial-up connection, please scroll down and read "Join our online community" for another option. Any questions, email Sarah at contact@TipTopOnline.us.
or
On Paper: Order from the UNFI printed pricelist ($1.35, available at the store) and/or the  TipTop Order form. Fill out the customer information on the order form and return to TipTop by the due date.  Be sure to include a daytime phone where we can contact you.

2. PAY
Unless you have terms with TipTop, payment is due when order is submitted. Make out check to TipTop. You may pay by paypal (send a message to contact@tiptoponline.us for instructions) or get a check to us by Friday noon.  Since orders are subject to out of stocks or additions (for "splits" items), TipTop will enclose a refund check or an invoice with your pickup.

3. PICKUP
Pickup your order at TipTop Country Store  between 5-8pm on Monday (delivery day) or 8-11am on Tuesday (day after delivery). Perishable or frozen items are subject to limitations. Note: Before the order is placed on Friday morning, you may be called with additional pickup instructions. This is primarily due to freezer and cooler space limitations. If we cannot reach you or you are not able to meet these pickup requirements, your order will not be placed.

The yahoo group offers you a chance to find out about  specials as well as download our buying club  pricelist in excel format. Orders may be placed by email at any time. Currently, our order deadline is Thursday for delivery the following Monday. You must pre-pay and be able to pick up in a timely manner at our store in Brookfield, Massachusetts.This yahoo group is a good option for those who do not have high speed internet.

Once a month, we create a "splits" list through the yahoo group that allows you to purchase selected items in units rather than case lot. The list of items on the list varies each month and is created by member suggestions.

We also have a group that meets once a month at Hitchcock Academy in Brimfield MA. Those orders will be delivered to the Hitchcock for distribution there. They are exploring ways to include more local food for purchase. Find out more about this option by emailing Sarah at contact@tiptoponline.us.
