                                    From the MassPike (Rt 90): Take Exit 9, and exit immediately
                                    after the tollbooth onto Route 20W towards Brimfield, Sturbridge.
                                    Continue on Route 20W to Route 148N.  Take 148N about 6 miles
                                    until you get to the Brookfield Common. Turn right onto Central St.
                                    at the Unitarian church (stone building). Continue on Central St. one
                                    block to the Town Hall. 8 Central is the white building next to the
                                    Town Hall. TipTop is located on the patio level. Park in the rear of the
                                    building or in front.

                                    From Route 9: Continue until you get to the Brookfield Town
                                    Common. Turn onto Route 148S and go one short block to the
                                    Unitarian Church (stone building). Turn onto Central Street and
                                    go one block to the Town Hall.  8 Central is the white building next
                                    to the Town Hall. TipTop is located on the patio level. Park in the rear
                                    of the building or in front.

                                    Our store hours are 8 am  - 8 pm, Monday - Friday,
                                    9 am - 5 pm Saturday, 11 am - 5 pm, Sunday.
